Foxy Brown Pleads Guilty To Throwing Blackberry

Rapper Foxy Brown avoided returning to prison on Thursday (May 8), after she pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor charge of menacing following an incident in 2007 where she allegedly hit a woman in the face with her Blackberry."There was no penalty and we consider it a victorious day today," Brown's lawyer, Laura Dillimetin said. "And we're moving forward so she can focus on her career, family and fans. She feels great. She's really happy and excited to move forward. We're very pleased with this outcome."Brown, born Inga Marchland, recently completed an eight month stint in Rikers Island prison for probation violation.Additionally, the rapper has been ordered to attend an anger management course, serve 6 months probation and perform 15 hours of community service over another incident where she reportedly threw hair glue at a beauty shop attendant last year.Photo courtesy of Rocafella.

Rob Lowe - Lowe Calls For Court To Dismiss Accusations

LATEST: Actor ROB LOWE is asking a Santa Barbara, California court to dismiss portions of his former nanny's countersuit against him.

In documents released on Thursday (15May08), Lowe claims that many of Jessica Gibson's accusations against him are "completely unfounded."

And his attorney Larry Stein insists nine of her accusations are "subject to immediate dismissal because she has failed to even allege the essential elements of a claim of relief."

Stein targets a number of alleged wage violations, for which Gibson countersued Lowe last month (Apr08), as the items that should be dismissed.

Gibson also alleges that Lowe repeatedly exposed himself and touched her inappropriately - claims that the actor denies.

beFour is a bug out quartet that was cast by German TV station SuperRTL for their 2007 docu-soap beFour: Das Star-Tagebuch (beFour: The Star Diary). The group, which is comparable to the similarly styled Banaroo and Chipz, includes iV vocalists, two boys and two girls: Manou (born February 18, 1984, in Uznach, Switzerland), Alina (born November 2, 1984, in Geilenkirchen, Germany), Dan (born December 17, 1987, in Berlin, Germany), and Angel (born February 21, 1982, in Velbert, Germany), all of them active in dancing, playacting, and vocalizing. According to beFour's internet site, the grouping members already met v years before their TV present and were ascertained by producer Christian Geller at a terpsichore contest.
