Foxy Brown Pleads Guilty To Throwing Blackberry
Rapper Foxy Brown avoided returning to prison on Thursday (May 8), after she pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor charge of menacing following an incident in 2007 where she allegedly hit a woman in the face with her Blackberry."There was no penalty and we consider it a victorious day today," Brown's lawyer, Laura Dillimetin said. "And we're moving forward so she can focus on her career, family and fans. She feels great. She's really happy and excited to move forward. We're very pleased with this outcome."Brown, born Inga Marchland, recently completed an eight month stint in Rikers Island prison for probation violation.Additionally, the rapper has been ordered to attend an anger management course, serve 6 months probation and perform 15 hours of community service over another incident where she reportedly threw hair glue at a beauty shop attendant last year.Photo courtesy of Rocafella.
